What to include in your email signature

When we send email messages, we want to quickly let others know what we are up to. Your signature is part of the email message. Take advantage of the often ignored advertising real estate that is your email signature.

For example, my signature on Soaring4Traffic email messages is

Ray – Owner/Admin
http://Soaring4Traffic.com
http://ProClickExchange.com
http://adKreator.com

My email signature looks professional, which makes me look professional. It concisely tells you who I am and what I do. If you didn’t already know about my other services, you see the links right there. My signature can be a source of web site traffic because you can check out the links if you want, or not. Either way, you now know that I have my finger in more than one pie.

What if you don’t own a program, like most people on the internet? You can put a link to your personal domain if you have one. Add the link to your blog. You can even write a short text ad for one of the affiliate products that you represent and put your affiliate link there. Keep it brief, though, or you will look like a spammer.

Your email signature can be an unobtrusive way to drive traffic to your urls. Add your personalized email signature to all of your outgoing email messages.
